You should be fine with the DRAG kit if you don't plan on making insane numbers. You can always upgrade later. I personally run an AEM EMS because I found it to be more cost effective than Hondata since I didn't have to buy a p28 ecu, jumper, and then Hondata. Tees for your vaccum line are to redistribute your vaccum to sources such as the blow-off valve and the boost dependent fuel regulator.

I used to have a turbo b18a1 in my old hatch on psi daily, ran like a champ. For a beginner i would get a kit like this:

Rev hard stage 2- All around better kit.
hondata s200b- woot woot for hondata
boost gauge and egt gauge- only ones you need imho
at least 550cc injectors-good up to about 12psi with a good tuner
walbro 255lph- might come with rev hard kit now
turbo xs manual boost controller- cheap and works great
3" exhaust- 3" is great my friends turbo ls gain 40whp with just a 3" added.

I am sure i am forgetting some but thats basically all you need. The kit will get you running.

but that parts list, am i missing anything for my stock internal turbo?

intercooler question too
p28 ecu: i havnt researched what ecus are out there but i know performence ecu just means it will tell the fuel injecters to squirt more fuel accordingly to the amount of air pressure in the intake stage generated by the turbo.

well doesn't the ecu mange the fuel amount ?

why do i need a "fuel management" i'm not sure what that part does. (aem ems) i guess my question is what does it do that's different from what the ecu does?

-You're fine for now. Use the recommendations the other guys posted here.
-The DRAG intercooler can support up to 450hp. There have been reports of people making numbers a little past that.
-P28 ecu is the most common ECU which Hondata uses to chip with their systems.
-ECU contains the fuel and other vital parameters to run your engine.

Your list has a bunch of useless stuff. And the drag and rev hard kit come with an intercooler and piping. 2.25" will suffice.

Hondata is a piggyback that controls the ecu. When you add fi to a honda motor you are going to need to tune it. More air, fuel, heat is in the motor.

Dc2 mentioned the p28 because it is a very common ecu to use with hondata since you have to convert to an obd1 ecu for hondata.
