Yup, that's me.

http://http.distributed.net/pub/dcti...-x86-setup.msi

It's pretty easy to setup. I have my own personal proxy setup but you don't have to do that part. You'll need to give it an email address so it can identify you.
Or if you wanted to just add to my rate you can just put clickwir@yahoo.com
The only other thing to setup is what projects you participate in. I'm only in the RC5-72 project... so you have to set one of the lines in the config to RC5-72,OGR=0,OGR-P2=0 or something like that. It's option 2 then 9.

I also run the program from a command prompt the first time and do a dnetc -install so it starts automatically.

I took over the 'team', if you want to call it that, it's only me... that we used to have about 5 people participating. Team is Fishpond Networking Systems. #1065

The 72bit blocks are a good bit longer than the 64bits.... I used to be able to do a 64bit block in about 5-7mins (per CPU of course) on my PIII 1.1ghz dual cpu system. Now it takes 25-30mins for a 72bit block.

okay cool

I'll set it up when I get home

it's a shame I can't do it at work. I just got 4 dual Xeon 3.6GHz systems with 4GB of RAM each!

honestly I don't know that much. there is a guy that have been working here for 2 decades and has over 30 patents on computer technology. He gets about 1-2 patents per year!

that guy is fuggin crazy when it comes to computer knowledge the inner workings, the history, etc.
