After a while loud becomes annoying as hell, you can't hold a convo and you end up regretting the purchase. My brother's old Accord an AEM intake, DC Sport header and Greddy SP2 exhaust. Going on a road trip with that car was painful because it was loud. I like my Greddy Evo because its more subdued, partly because I still have the stock intake and header.

It won't actually smell if that's what you meant but it will be much louder and probably have more of a fart sound to it without one.

 

N1 is loud as hell, gotta shift at 2000 rpm to keep it quiet. and for the price you paid for that no name brand, i got a full catback apexi ws2 for the same price shipped. mine should be here at the end of the week, can't wait.

 

I wouldn't go with a canister like that unless it as for a turbo setup.

Those are TOO loud.

 

not all SS is the same. is it 304 or 404 stainless steel?

 

Just because it's full SS doesn't mean it's invincible. Poor welds from no name brands are often the cause for broken exhausts. You get what you paid for.
