Default Soo the roomate is out of work...

and doesn't wake up before noon on any given day. Says he is searching for a job. Doesn't do well at turning off electrical appliances or lights. Doesn't pick up well after himself.

What would be your verdict...allow him to move to the new place or tell him to go back home to mommy and daddy?

Remember although I am frustrated with his habits he is also a good friend of mine so realistically applied solutions are needed.
