Default Money hurts = (

I mean... my knee hurts. Yesterday I decided to mix it up a bit and jog some hills. I usually run 2 miles before working out. After jogging my knee was a bit sore. Today its killing me. These stairs in my house are torture. Anyone thats been through this know any remedies for a sore knee? :happysad:

oh yea, remedy...do you have a heating pad? try it.

Ideally, you're supposed to switch between ice and heat, off and on...but heat always seems to work best for my aches and pains.

try to find something with heat...even if it's Icy Hot gel or something like that or a rag as hot as you can stand it. The heat with relax and soften the muscles and ligaments around your knee..ice takes the inflammation away. That's why you should alternate.

TIP* put a wash cloth in a bowl of water, and microwave it. Don't make it boil ( )..but just hot enough that you can stand.
