Right off the bat, and without thinking about it too much, I note that you omitted Bob Dole, who ran against Clinton in 1996 and was a long-term Senator from Kansas, from the GOP list. He was wounded and permanently disabled (lame right arm) in WWII. And let's not forget the current Secretary of State, Colin Powell...the commander of Operation Desert Storm during the GHWB administration.
True but I also never made the claim this list was all inclusive either. This list was sent to me and I found it highly interesting and thought I would share it.

If you can find a full listing of the entire house of Senate and their service listings then by all means post it up because I would be more than willing to look at it. I do however, find it interesting that the most vocal of those responsible have not served or have been allowed deferments instead of service.

I believe part or all of this list may have come from this source though I am unsure.

I found it interesting to hear that there are a lot of new voters this time around. Not just in that people are turning 18, but that this election is one of the biggest of our time.
I'm disapointed to hear that people have begun to resort to illegal activities such as vandalism, and destruction of property.
I hope that the outcome of the presidential election, whatever it may be, wont be such that we as American citizens turn on each other. And I hope that people will remember how we became a great nation, and realize that we could be a lot worse off than we are today.
It sucks that we are at war, but history tells us that sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do in order to provide a safe place for our children.

Amazingly biased list. And GW did complete his six year national guard term, sorry.

I see Jack Kemp and George McGovern but I don't see Colin Powel and John Edwards...anyone can make a list going either way. Obviously this was created by a liberal. I could make a list that looks just as lopsided but the other way around.
