This is definitely one of the perks of living in a building which has a front office with a manager.

Yep. Fedex air, albeit expensive, is the best service out there, IMO. And I'm a UPS employee :exnbp:. That's the worst thing about fedex though, they have different "branches" (ground, home, air, freight) that are completely separate

yeah Fedex does suck. Just last week i had a package sent to me. the dumb ass'es were seeding it to my dads house instead of me. So i call up customer serv. on that friday and they say, its been attemped 3 times and i would have to pick it up on tues or it will be sent back. I was like hell no cause the distubution center is 45-50 minutes aways from me. I exsplaned that the package wasn'te even being sent to me and they needed to get there sh** right. The lady tells me she'll put a note on the package to be sent out and she didnt know why it was bening sent to my dad if all the info on it was right..... it doesn't even get to me untill thurs the package was suppose to be at my apartment on the 4th and i didnt get it till the 14th.

newegg uses fedex air/express, which is completely separate from fedex home delivery.

How is home delivery different? I thought that the only difference was if you went with FedEx Ground which is like a separate division.

The cs rep told me that home delivery, ground, air and frieght are all separate.

At any rate, the separation is done to make it harder for the workers to become unionized:down:
