1. don't hit on girls already in relationships, that's shady. most of them are probably content with what they already have and are only talking to you in a friendly manner.
2. don't do any kind of acting, be who you are, not who you wish you were
and yes you are trying too hard, play it cool and give it time, you're time will come.
take what i say with a grain of salt though, im single too, difference is im not looking
