i just feel like ranting.....i'm tired of the stupid ricers that think 13's in their fixed up b18 civics is fast. 13's is not fast folks. honda's are not the best car's out there contrary to what you may believe. there are many many other car that have waaaay more potential than a honda commuter car will ever have....ok i'm done thank you....stupid gsr vs gst thread. ha somebody thinks that a gsr with drag radials and nawwwwws will pull 13's. damn ricer. :angry: :rant:

umm its supposed to be that way. its not your everyday 3 inch drop ebay "coilover" on 17" lightweight racing rims. couldnt see the hood? maybe you should sit up kid and stop trying to look gangsta with that lean, you look like a complete moron.steering slow? turn the wheel more. cushy? thats how real suspension is supposed to feel, smooth. how many beamers do you see bouncing around on coilovers and chopped springs? and i dont know how a turbo spooling up quick could be a bad thing. maybe youre so used to youre vtec lag that a turbo feels alien to you. shit spooling at 3k when youre used to vtec hitting at 5.5 must be strange huh.
lol thats funny. i could get a 1st gen awd for 2, and put 5 grand into it and run 11's, want a cookie? or for the price of a moderately nice civic/integra+mods for 12's, you could buy a camaro z28 and run those times STOCK and still have room for improvement.
i still dont understand the love for hondas. whats the point in modding a car if you have to basically swap an engine from a totally different car so it can the slightest bit of potential, and the only way to unlock that potential is thousands in mods that if you opened your mind, youd realize that theres alot of cars with those mods STOCK and cheaper. must be a fad or something.
and i used to want a civic too. i had a list of cars i wanted, it went like this.
1996-99 civic - for LS/VTEC swap
99+ V6 Mustang - was gonna do a 4.6dohc cobra swap with a vortech SC and nitrous.
01 tiburon - liked them but too pricey and slow
new celica(forgot which years, but new style) too priced yet again for their mediocre capibilities and aftermarket performance.
It was high off the ground, it had tiny windows, the dash was freakin huge, I couldn't see the front of the car, the steering was slow, it was relatively cushy over bumps, it was heavy, and the turbo spooled up quickly.
I'm gonna have to call this guy an idiot. For 7 g's I could build a motor AND do a turbo setup. Shit, even just a turbo setup on my stock B18 could get me into the 12's. I've seen a GSR run 13.7's all day on drag radials, and a 50 shot with an intake.
