So how many people have changed...
Its funny how much people are surprised with the results of going from 1800 calories a day to 5000 calories a day.
Fast food=not nutritious=duh
fast food is fine for those who cant run out for a decent nutritional meal or for those who just dont care.
I eat fast food when I'm drunk.
me drunk = often
I am supersized.

as with anything if eaten in moderation, fast food will have no effect on you.
if you are a fat pig that spends 2 hours at mcdonalds 3 times a day, eating there like its a french fry buffet, you deserve to get fat. show some self restraint...

My eating habits follow my vehicle ownership. When I had my GSR here at school I could go to the grocery store whenever I wanted and it was no big deal. So I went to restaurants only very rarely. When I sold the car, the trip to the grocery store became a pain in the ass bus ride which was even worse on the way back because I had to carry everything I bought a few blocks from the bus stop to my apartment. After 5 semesters of going to the grocery store only when I really got up the the nerve to do it and eating out of restaurants when the fridge got bare, I now once again have a car and can go to the grocery store whenever I feel like it.
Haven't seen it yet. I probably eat more fast food now than I used to because:
1. Busy at work = too tired for grocery shopping and cooking (even though I like to cook).
2. No wife to tell me she doesn't want me to die of a heart attack at age 45.
