i changed. i saw it 2 weeks ago and only had 1 meal from a fast food joint.

its not that it changed me, i just needed an extra push to stop eating that way.

 

i had a low fast food diet before but now ive cut out mcdees entirely
i usually get a chicken whopper from bk when i want fast food now

 

i dont imagine that a movie could impact my behavior that much, for example the people who went from pro to anti bush after F9/11

but i will say i have not seen supersize me so i cant really say.

america isnt fat because of mcd's wendys or bk, america is fat cuz people are too damn lazy to get off their ass and walk around the block, go for a bike ride, swim, do something other than sit their fat asses in the car and go through the drive through then go home and drink beer in front of the TV for 5 hours before bed....

 

 

My fast food habits have changed recently, but not because of the movie. I'm too poor to go eat fast food. So, I haven't had any since I moved back down to Corvallis.
