I want to buy a pedometer. Anyone recommend one?

good way to track steps, but after a week, it loses its novelty. I usually gauge my cardio by how tired I am at the end of my workout.

Actually, I was asking for a recommendation on a specific pedometer.

Dave - why do you say its useless? All it has to do is keep a record of the number of steps, and thats exactly what they all do. How could that information be useless?

i think i'm going to get a cheapass one just so i can do a certain number of steps a day. i honestly can't guage how much i walk.

if you need a pedometer, you need to hit the gym and cardio harder. if you put in a good workout at least 3 times a week your good to go. I believe in pedometers as much as I believe in the Atkins and South Beach Diet.(translation, a bunch of :bs: )
