Yeah it's not fun. I had 4 taken out and I was a puffy check hamster for a week. Had this huge craters in the back of my mouth for months and food would get stuck them - SUPER SUCKED!

Oh yeah I totally forgot about the holes it leaves in your gums!

The oral surgeon gave me this syringe thingie with a curved plastic tip instead of a needle on the end. I had to mix up salt water (with sea salt, not iodized salt) and then squirt it into those holes.

I would schedule it for a break from school.
Mine were impacted, had them out during my winter break, freshman year of college. Sucked big time. The painkillers were fun though...

Any of you get dry socket? I got that and it sucked. They stuffed some gauze with medicine in the holes where my teeth were.

They also forgot to anesthetize half of my jaw. I don't think I've ever screamed so loud in my entire life when they started operating.

I dreaded getting mine yanked forever, but the day after, I learned that the Ocxy was a good enough reward. They put me on that, then I got an infection (ate popcorn at the movies a week after my surgery, got a shell stuck in my hole), scraped out the infection, gave me vikaden, didnt do shit, gave me oxy, and then my mom took them away when she figured out that the pain had been gone for a week.

I would do it again if i had to. But thats just me.
