debate v.2
So Im watching the second presidential debate. I've noticed something.
Bush makes excuses and stirs away from the question.
Kerry makes promises and plans but no evidence of how he's going to do it.
Im still undecided. Discuss.

I'd reccomend checking out http://www.johnkerry.com and look around there...
For example, this is quite satisfactorily in depth to me:

i try not to listen to the promises any candidate makes during an election, because more than likely they're over exaggerating like hell. it's not that they want to lie just to get votes (well, not all the time anyways).. sometimes they intend to keep promises, but their "plans" and such get struck down or picked apart by congress/senate, and then they get blamed for not keeping their promises.
besides, the conditions governing the effectiveness of policies and plans are always changing. so there's no guarantee that what makes sense now will make sense in a year, or even a few months. anyways, i wouldn't listen to "i have a better plan than he does" .... "no he doesn't!" .... "yes i do!"

Bush? Charismatic? HUH?!
