Ight answer this first. How long has it been since you've done a controlled substance. Second, when you use to do a control substance how much over the course of a week did you do. Third, with the substance you were using how long have you been using it for. Answer those questions and i might be able to help you out.

I know this sounds sick, but run your hand through the crack of your ass and get some of that butt resin on it, and before you turn in your cup of piss, dip your fingers in it. You'll contaminate (yes you can contaminate piss) the piss and it won't give accurate readings. Hopefully they are not doing a hair follicle test or saliva sample. I did the butt resin thing when I was in the military (the few times I went over board on partying and added something else to the mix) and I guess it worked caused I never pissed hot.
