I used the once every 3 months ones, they didn't feel as 'new' after a while... then I switched over to the twice a month ones, they feel great.

I got a years supply but since i only wear them once a month or so, they will last me about 3 years.

clean by rubbing it with a special contact cleaner, it's a type of soap for contacts.

I wear them for a week or so but I clean them every night. They are supposed to be worn for a month or so without cleaning.
