I usually go really fast, then in the event of flipping over I take it slower next time around

my heel keeps missing the gas when i try so i just double clutch.

 

Depending on how close together your pedals are and how big your feet are, you can accomplish a hell-toe without actually using your heel and your toe, but rather with each side of your foot.

For example the pedals in my car are really close together and I wear a size 12 shoe, so I just put the ball of my foot on the right edge of the brake pedal and tap the left edge of the gas pedal with the outside edge of my shoe.

 

That's exactly what I do, but it slips off the brake sometimes.
Depends on what shoes I'm wearing.
Do you know of any driving shoes that come in 15's?

 

If you can't find driving shoes try wrestling shoes. They're very similar in shape, but of course the wrestling shoes don't have any Nomex fireproof lining.

In my car it works pretty good when I'm wearing my size 12 Nike Dunk low-tops.
