I fugn hate nosebleeds.

I was taking accutane (a 5 month acne treatment that really dries out your skin while you take it) during the end of the spring 04 semester. In a chemistry final, I got a nosebleed, had to excuse myself from the room for ~20 mins because it wouldn't stop bleeding, came back but couldn't finish the exam on time, got a u on the exam, a d+ for my final grade, only got 10 credits out of my 15 credit schedule, and lost my financial aid money because of that.

But then people tell me to lean back, but that's when the blood goes all the way down into my throat and that's yucky, so yea, this is like kind of like everyone has a theory.

 

if your not in a huge rush it's pinch the nose and look ahead. When i was in toronto for world taekwondo championchips i got hit in the nose and had 3 mins to get it stopped otherwise be disqualified for next match so this is how that went. cotton up nose, pinch nose, on your upper lip right under that stiff piece of cartilige there is a vien that supllies your nose so pinch or press against that while i chewed on ice worked like a charm. and if uw anna be prepared buy some afrin i belive it's called it imidiatlly stops bleeding

 

yea, cause i had blood all over my shirt. actually, i'm wearing the shirt right now :exnbp:. but it is a strict policy that there is no makeup whatsoever.

 

It works.

 

I get them randomly sometimes. Like last night since it was so damn hot I got one. I usually get one if it's to hot. I always tilt my head down it seems to work faster. Sometimes I blow my nose and it helps it go away, I don't think that's a good idea though.
