Default PC overheating issues

My pc usually runs in the mid 30C / 100F range. The last few weeks I have noticed the CPU at 44C / 111F and the Motherboard at 42C / 107F. My fans are running at the right rpm and I really haven't pushed it to any limits. Also its not getting excessive usage so thats not a problem.

Any suggestions? I am half in the mind to drop another 80mm fan in there and cut the plexiglass siding and install another fan there.

I know most people will laugh because mine in most terms isn't running that hot. I am just surprised by the sudden jump in temperature. I have a Thermaltake CPU cooler, a 80mm rear fan and a 80mm sky fan.

What programs do you use to measure CPU and case temp?

My computer case is basically a space heater right now.

I have an Asus board that came with the Asus probe utlility program. I also have a front control panel on my case with 2 temperature sensors and 2 fan speed sensors.

the asus probe utility is pretty much crap. get motherboard monitor. gives you real time temps and fan speed. but it does take a bit of time setting it up to read the sensors but no biggie
