I hate cardio too but it's necessary if you want results. If you're good at running, the cycle should be just fine especially the fact it's less stress on your joints. I'm 5'9".

It's reccomended that you do some for a few weeks to break yourself in, before you take a spin class. That ish is no joke.

First time I did it, felt like my heart was going to explode. Keep in mind I smoke like six cigs a day.

I've been running 2 miles a few times a week, the first time was mad pain, after that it's just been me being tired, not as sore as I was the first time though.

I'm 6'5 275lbs, and I just lifted one rep of 355lbs this week.(I didn't realize how much it was till I just thought about it now:yay I was able to do 10 reps of 335lb and 12 reps of 315lb before I maxed out. I think I strained something on Wed when I did that so I'm not doing any lifting till this Tues. I'm fine, but the day of the lifting I felt drained of energy. I'm sure I'll be ready to get back into it next week.
