I wanted to hear (read) what HAN would suggest about people who talk behind a person's back, within the workplace? What should a person do if they find out that someone is talking shit about them to others?

Basically I did some work for this dude, it didn't meet "his" standard so he took what he thought needed work to another co-worker. Now I am cool that he took the work to someone else, that's not a big deal for me. Its that now this prick is talking shit about me. How should I handle this problem? That's was what I was thinking. But I'm afraid I will go off on him. I don't understand why people don't go to the person they have a problem with. Make's no sense to me.

My work wasn't the issue. It was a personal preference of how the drawing should have looked. On top of that, the experienced co-worker that made the minor changes said the drawings looked fine. :fawk:
