Ice displaces more volume than liquid water. When is melts, why would the sea levels rise? And the ice that we do see (above sealevel) only accounts for a small percentage of the ice there is. :dunno: Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Current predictions, in a worst case senario, is actually only a three foot rise by 2100. At least that's what the latest National Geographic says. h:

:dunno: I've always wondered. h:

But I would be more worried about the state of humanity rather than mother nature. We are doomed for something horrible. :wtc:

U.S. citizens will be fleeing to Mexico and Canada, cause they will be tired of getting attacked by terrorist since the Military will only give a damn about the people that pay to get protected, Money will have a big factor in everyday lives (it does now but I mean in a more major way) if you got lots of it than your probably gonna be Ok but if you struggle with money you will either have to join some type of group to be protected of flee to other countries!!

I honestly beleive the U.S. will be wned: in one way or the other :dunno:

No, right now it's only like one tenth of an inch a year.

Totally out of fossil fuels, so I won't be able to cruise. There will be widespread famine due to crushing overpopulation, people will be killing each other for clean fresh water, and I will have been dead for about 30 years

in 80 years, it will be more or less the same as it is now, with a few more breakthroughs in cancer and aids treatment.

there will still be fossil fuels, the population wont be great enough to cause a bigger famine than it already is, america will still be the top dog, no peace in middle east, maybe palestine will be gone, american middle class will still be living comfortably. no more north korea.
