Default Removing non OEM emblems.

So, I went to put on my new A emblems (Thanks Brad and Will  ) and it proved to be no where near as easy as I had presumed.

The previous owner put red non-oem emblems on, with a full sticky 3M backing. I heated it up with a heat gun then started flossin away....no dice, they wouldn't budge...

How the hell do I get these off ?
