i have to put a stock exhaust on my car now because of these ghey ass laws! i was just cruising leisurely on this main road in my town and all of a sudden this bel-air flys past me doing probebly 60 or so and this cop comes up behind me and flashes his lights telling me to pull over, ME!!! . i pull over and the cop comes to my car and tells me he pulled me over for my exhaust i didnt even know what to say. i wasnt even going 40 in 5th gear! so now i got a ticket and i have to appear in court on the 1st and i have to take my exhaust off. im totally bummed now because i probebly have the quietest exhaust in my whole area and these stupid ass ricers with their loud ass mufflers drive like idiots and they never get pulled over and i do. i cant believe this shat. any suggestions on what i should do about the exhaust? should i just get a stock muffler and put it on over my 2.25 inch piping or just get the whole stock system? if anyone has a stock muffler please PM me ill buy it. :cry:

prove em wrong. Show them it meets smog (if they have that in your area) and get someone with a decibel tester and get some hard numbers. If your dB reading is lower than the states law, you can tell to fuk off

 

:werd: read up on what your stated considers loud. I know up in Mass the law is so vague anyone can beat it because there is no reference of what is considered loud. unless there was any sort of sound measuring law it should be a bogus ticket. but then again I don't know how CT states the law.

 

i dont have a shatty exhaust fawknut, its a magnaflow and they are probebly one of the best quality. and i wasnt even giving it 1/4 throttle :slap: :slap:
