As for your bolt on comment......what do you think a Gredy catback system is? Last I checked you had to bolt it on...same with the 5Zigen and any other exhaust...in fact I seem to remember when I had my Magnaflow I had to have it welded on and not bolted on.

I'd never get pulled over for my RS*R because it isn't excessively loud. Obviously yours was, and on a civic, thats unnecessary.
