nice man. I won't even try running I know it will **** up my knee. Not worth it imo. Brett is right most runners have knee problems since it such high impact.

:happysad: Maybe there are shoes out there that help absorb impact. I have a pair of Reebok something-something running shoes, which are ok, but not the most comfortable.

My dad has been running for about 5 years, does triathlons now. He had knee surgery earlier this year.

As for shoes, I have a pair of Nike Shox that are pretty comfortable, but it's all personal preference.

shox are heavily overrated imo. I had a pair and they wore out really fast.
