I had AT&T (Comcast) down here in TX. They were so horrible with customer service and downtime, that I went back to dial-up. When my service was down for 6 weeks(which was their fault), they wanted to charge for me to use the dial-up option!

I'm hoping that DSL will come available here someday. For now, my parents have DSL and a CD burner, so it's all good.

I never had a problem with Adelphia thus far...check screen name LT6916. I've been logged on for 13 days so far - would've been longer but my apt lost power in a thunderstorm 13 days ago.

And Jess isn't in the dorms, she is living in a studio about 1 mile north of campus. I wubs PSU.

I totally agree is one of the most disorganized places to deal with. Nothin but problems gettin mine installed and that was in 99/00. Great to see they've really stepped up their leadership. I wish that company would go to helll :angry:
