I'm lactose intolerant. Funny thing is if I have milk and cereal, it's ok, but if I were to drink a glass of milk by itself, it would mean very bad things, oh and im chinese :happysad:

this is how i am... i am mexican and if i drink a cup of milk i get sick and throw up (depending on the size) but if in cereal i have no problem... well i did a little expriment, if i put sugars in my milk it dosn't make me sick, but it just dosn't taste like milk that way

I wondered the same thing last week when i went to pick up my Chinese. I was standing there waiting, looking at the menu on the wall and saw some kind of soup with cheese in it :dunno: Made me realize that I've never seen a Chinese dish with cheese.

well in hong kong style fast food theres dishes where its a creamy kinda sauce and they would melt cheese on top of it, and for a more fancy dinner dish would be same kinda thing on top of lobster and they bake it. thats really all i can think of
