SP2 RTM. was just released to beta testers the other day, I picked up a copy because I'm awsome.

check out your favorite computer site, winbeta.org www.bink.nu whatever to look for links, or checkout bittorrent.

266.01mb is the size of the RTM.

this is very true, except that winXP looks a lot nicer, especially with the "cleartype" font smoothing.

anyway, i blame most windows issues on the operator. i don't think i need to explain why, so i'll just give an example. at home, only recently have i started using an anti-virus. and with the router, you won't find a strain of spyware/ad-ware/or viruses. why? because i don't go around the internet clicking random shit, and installing anything i find. possible security holes in the OS? that's what the firewall on the router is for. sure, it's not foolproof, but i have been clean for years. this pretty much holds true for my past win2k/me/9x installations as well. as for system stability.. again, solid.

right, i said most issues, not all. it also depends on where you're hooking up. i'm confident in the security of my home network. i'd be wary of hooking up at say a cybercafe, unless i had security measures running on the PC.
