this shouldnt have to be done to new glass...

its inside close to the dash board.. theres no way i can easily buff this area.

NEW glass. i mean it does look new.. but it looks defective.

If it's new and defective then the people who installed it hsould have no problem taking it back, if it's defective they should be able to send it back to whoever they bought it from. At least that would make sense to me. Dunno for sure though. Go back to the place and tell them your problems with the winshield and see what they say. Don't wait too long!

I didn't say that you should be liable, I was just saying that if you wanted to try and fix it yourself you could do it fairly easly. But yes, you should take it back and complain to them about it.
