Default UPS blows...

My package was supposed to arrive today...

It arrived in town last night at 7pm.... and has sat there. It was never put on a truck for delivery today. Now they are making me late - i was going to drive home tomarrow morning, but i'll have to wait till I get the damn thing.

How do you just leave a package

UPS has gone seriously downhill in the past year or so. We were using the UPS Online World Ship software in my company, and it was working great...until they started skipping our building altogether...until we started seeing packages in the shipping room, first thing in the morning, not picked up the previous evening. The last straw was a legal document that we shipped red-label (overnight) to the IRS, and if they didn't get it the next day our company's lawyer and business manager would have to drive 60 miles to appear in tax court. Well, guess what...they didn't get it. The day AFTER it was supposed to have been delivered, it was discovered in the drop box in the building's mailroom. When we complained, they offered to drop the shipping charge. Thanks for nothing.

We use FedEx online shipping now. No complaints.
