usps sucks also, they lost an important letter i had sent. we even got a conformation number so we would know when it was recieved. it hasn't been recieved and it's been 12ish days, and should have only taken 2 days. they told us we had to wait 30 days before they would do anything, and we asked what happened after that, they just said they give us our money back. that's F-ed up, not worried about 2 bucks, but what was in the envelope.
