Default lowered my 3 (*PICS*)

my car is still dirty, but i figured some pics were better than none. used the eibach pro-kit to lower it. it took us forever to do the first spring, but after that, it was super easy. took 23 minutes for the second front spring. maybe half hour for both rear springs. i bet we could have done it in around an hour and a half if we didn't get stuck on the first spring. anyway, here are the pics. enjoy.

and for comparison

feels the same (lauren can't tell a difference) but it sticks way better in the corners. still a little body roll, but i have a progress rear sway bar (22mm) on order so that should help. overall, i'm very pleased with it. looks more aggressive, but feels smooth unless you push it hard.

should you get new shocks too? has the new 3's shocks had time to be tested on lowering springs?

it's still there.

and about new shocks, it was only a 1.3" drop, so it shouldn't be too bad. but there aren't any shocks out for the 3 anyway.
