U should be fine to run on stock shocks. In the mazda revit up the use the 4 door with the same springs and there was no problem. I love the look of the 3 when its lowered. :thumbup:

it's doing great. ~11000 miles on it now. i don't really have too many complaints about it. the only issues i've had are small manufacturing things that i've gotten taken care of (rattles and stuff). other than that, it's great.

next is the progress rear sway bar, then a twm short shifter. that's really all that's out for the 3 at the moment. anything else is crazy expensive still.

and i'll definitely be looking for new shocks eventually, but i haven't seen or heard of any out for the 3 yet, so i can't really get them yet.

the last 2 pictures are before shots. i didn't really take any right before we did it. i'm gonna try to take some good comparison pictures next time i can, which will probably be next weekend.

and i'm still waiting to hear back about the turbo.
