Does anyone know how to find a map containing the zones that fall under smog control testing (DEQ).

Specifically I am trying to locate the zones in the Oregon area that are outside of this (general Portland area).

Any help is greatly appreciated because I am trying to buy a house outside of this region so I can register my car legally where I live after I purchase my house.

 

Does it have to be a map? All i found was

Emissions testing is required by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in the Portland metropolitan and Medford areas. In order to register a car within the boundaries of the vehicle inspection program, it must pass the emission test.

That works for me because there is a .pdf on the page that includes the map of DEQ boundaries.
