someone use the spoiler tag and post what the "creatures" looked like.

I'm bettin they looked like Tonberry but with red coats. (If you don't know what a Tonberry is, visit google)

the village was total crap for a movie do not go see it. I mean seriously it was 2 hours of the same shit. It wasn't scary, and altogether the plot was terribly put together. Not worth 7 bucks to me.

We were gonna see it. But then we saw that White Castle was playing... wondered wtf it was... read into it... then decided that would be the better choice. :wiggle: And, by george, I'm glad we did.

Saw it last night. It was pretty good, Shyamalan is good at building up suspense and anxiety. "What's going to happen?" It's not about blood and guts or an incredibly complex plot. His movies play more like campfire stories. Sure they aren't perfect in every way, it's just a story, try to enjoy it. If you like to watch stupid people doing stupid things that aren't funny, by all means, go see a stoner movie. If you like a good story, then maybe see The Village.

How could YOU say that Sixth Sense was better than Unbreakable. I dunno, but, I think Unbreakable is one of the best movies ever. It's the only movie I've seen that has used magical realism throughout the entire plot. Just a great director overall.

saw it. thought it was pretty good. definitely not for the visually-oriented crowd. its something more for the old school suspense/thriller fans. scares you by making you wonder what is going to happen and not with what is happening, much like his other films.
