Again, where is "This"? Maybe you might want to spend an evening, and I say evening because judging by your arguement it might take awhile for you to read it, and read the TOS. I'm quite aware of what my freedoms are. For example, I have the freedom to establish certain guidelines on the website that I own and pay for, in the name of maintaining a specific environment.
