Again, where is "This"? Maybe you might want to spend an evening, and I say evening because judging by your arguement it might take awhile for you to read it, and read the TOS. Believe it or not you CANNOT just say whatever you want. There are limits. Here is a good one for you to memorize, I just hope you can read it.
