In most states, and California is included, touching isn't legal. I don't think you're going to get picked up or kicked out if you touch their thighs or something while you're getting a lap dance (privatly) but you won't be... "touching" any other spots, like the ass or tits or whatever.
Granted, they usually end up rubbing themselves all over you and your buddies and your girlfriends if you've brought them... and everyone else. But you cant' just slap their ass or something, no.[/QU ething, no.[/QU
First of all I pray you dont visit strip clubs as much as it sounds you do. God forbid, with a girlfriend. Second, you have to be out of your mind to think it "may" be okay to touch even a thigh. Um, no. I used to be a bouncer for a club a long time ago. DONT ever, ever think of doing it. Its not something you want to chance.

dude... why do you want to go to a club where you can touch the dancers? Trust me, I have the inside scoop. They are not women you want to be touching. Alot have drug and prostitution problems. Not all, but even the ones that dont I would never touch with a 10 foot pole. I got out of that job fast. Do yourself a favor, get a girl you care about, or if a relationship isnt your thing, then do the bar thing for a while. Give yourself more credit, and save your money.

I was so trashed one night with all my buds and I didn't really want a lap dance but my buds convinced me to cough up $20 and so this chick took me into a private booth and grabbed my head and rubbed it all over her bewbs and everything... Well, I ended up going down on it....... And the next few days I was so scared that I went to medical to get checked out. Luckily I was clean. But never again!
