I used to beleive that you had to take it everyday...

Read a couple of articles.

Only take it post workout. days off are ok to skip

post workout? from what i read it says that it helps provide energy during the workout? maybe u could enlighten me

Once your muscles are saturated with creatine, which only takes 3-5grams, thats what you're working off of.

When you work out, your body puts out little creatine receptors to replenish its supply. By taking the creatine after you workout you will allow your body to uptake more of it than it normally would.

^ hes right.But if you are in the loading proccess its best not to skip.
