clean the lense inside the burner. and I don't mean with one of those $5 cd lense cleaners. Pry the thing apart and use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. It was the only thing that fixed mine after a 5 cd-a-day burning binge.

I just renewed it for another 2 yrs :happysad: its burning fine now its just that its uber slow!! the speed is set at 16x and I have the option to up it to 24x and "fastest" but Dªv£ told me that if I do that the CD-R's will explode inside my tower, and I for sure dont want that happening h:

the cd's are 52x and the speed drive is :thinking: i dont know h:


before I was able to burn cd's in about 10 mins. max now it tells me that it will finish in 23 mins. :eek4:
