Shipping a 30lbs package valued $500.US to Vancouver, BC in Canada.

Have any idea what the import taxes would be?

if the owner/buyer isnt bringing it over the border personally, with a daily or weely personal exemption, it should cost 7 or 8% of the total value.

depending what carrier, they juice you on their own percentage, but from the government, 7.5% in PST and 7% in GST and i think its either another 6 or 7 % on Duties if any or all of those are applicable.
