computer peeps (backup software question)

what's a good backup program? i have a tape drive and need to start backing up the server. i've heard of net vault before, but that's it. any recommendations? thanks.

i just use a second hdd and a custom batch file, works flawlessly

Backup to a tape drive.... damn I haven't done that in .... damn I dont' know.

I used to use ARCServ on a few Novell servers... on my personal pc I think it was Arcadia.
