Default Workout Crew: How does this schedule sound?

I've actually stuck w/ my routine for over a week now! I'm so proud of myself h:

Anyway, this is what I've been doing:

Day 1: Chest, triceps, shoulders, abs, 30 minutes cardio (eliptical)
Day 2: Biceps, Lats and back, 30 minutes cardio (eliptical)
Day 3: Calves, hams, quads, abs, 30 minutes cardio (eliptical)
Day 4: No workout - rest day

I then continually repeat this. My basic goal is to cut overall body fat and get tone.

Also, this may be a stupid question, but what day(s) should I do forearm exercises?

personally i would split up the exercises into different days. for example, shoulders and chest should be done seperately. i also prefer doing cardio on days i dont lift, for maximum mass gains. are you restricted to only 3 days a week?

my $0.02 h:

Well at this point the last thing I'm worried about is mass gains...I'm already a big guy, and have a large frame. I'm mostly wanting to get more cut (muscle defintion), which mostly comes from losing fat. No I'm not restricted to three...but again I'm not looking for huge gains, more like losing my gut and getting more overall definition.

Here's what I would do.

Day 1: Abs, Chest
Day 2: Shoulders, Lats, Back
Day 3: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Day 4: Rest

Lift a lower weight for longer repetitions for definition, and do lots of cardio. Also, watch what you eat, that's the real key to cutting fat.
