For one, that's a good way to get someone fired, considering there was no NWS in the title.

Secondly, an image like that falls into a grey area. Some would argue this line of the TOS...Any post, avatar or an image that serves as its apparent purposes nothing other than to evoke a sexual response from the reader will be actionable under the terms of this TOS. A posted link to such material is equally actionable....I removed it mainly because of what trouble it could cause someone at work. I do leave most of the moderating in here to the Basement mods, so for a final say-so, you would need their input.

 

well then hell half of the posts in the basement can be considered as to evoking a sexual response from the reader. Maybe you should make that section of TOS a little more specific. Leaving things open to interpretation when they are supposed to be guidelines usually doesnt bode well.

 

Whatever your opinion may be, I leave the moderating in here to the Basement moderators only. Being that they spend the most time in here, it is their judgement on what to moderate.

 

that section of the TOS is left that way for a reason. so we the basement mods can decide for ourselves.
