Secondly, an image like that falls into a grey area. Some would argue this line of the TOS...Any post, avatar or an image that serves as its apparent purposes nothing other than to evoke a sexual response from the reader will be actionable under the terms of this TOS. A posted link to such material is equally actionable....I removed it mainly because of what trouble it could cause someone at work.
