you can save yourself some time and money if you just make it obd0....dont have to buy the boomslang, and you can get trade the ecu and dizzy for obd0 ones fair swap....they are equal in value respectively. plus you have the b16a first gen mani which is kind of a bite in the ass going obd1

also, your crx has a resistor box for the injectors where as obd1 doesnt...so you mite have to re-wire that, and the fact that your crx uses two single wire o2 sensors so you would have to re-wire that to a two wire single o2 sensor

the 89 crx si harness plugs onto the motor no problem right? and then the boomslang will plug onto the ecu harness right.... i will have to wire up the vtec and o2 sensor and thats it right? so what do you mean replug everything??? and yes i know it is better and i am gonna go back to obd-0 when i find someone who will trade but i need the car running for right now to make sure everything is good then i just will sell the boomslang to a friend of mine who needs it and i will trade the ecu and dizzy when i find someone... but i want to get it runnning now... so what do you mean replug everything?

ok..certain things would have to be re-wired/re-plugged.

o2 sensors and injectors because you cant plug those straight onto the motor because then you would have to be running obd0 injectors and obd0 exhaust manifold...but that wont work because your ecu will be obd1...which means you have to re-wire your injectors for non resistor box injectors...score some obd1 injectors, and you will have to re-wire the o2 sensor to be a two wire single o2 sensor, instead of the obd0 two sensor setup. also you will have to transplant all your VSS stuff over to the hydro tranny because it is a direct drive as opposed to a digital unit. but you will have to do that anyway
