Ouch that does hurt. I think im close to 30k spent in mods alone. Just about done though!

Yeah I have cam and crank seals sitting in the box with the rest of the stuff. I didn't add in stuff I could still technically return.

im not falling for that again...it made me depress.

but just my old audio systems combined:

$1000+ worth of headunits
$1000+ for subwoofers
$1300+ for amps

see imma stop there... but then again, i did sell the old stuff before getting new stuff. h:

Jesus. My entire build should cost about $15K. Largely because I've decided against boosting it and any other crazy engine work, it's potentially cheaper than it could be. Turboing it would bring it to $22K :eek3:

$10,000 more to go. :lubes up:

My civic..i'm happy with.
car was $4k
bolt-ons i/h/e $500 (including labor for rewelding exhaust hinges)
iridium spark plugs - $20
accel wires - $40
springs - $100
shocks/struts - $210

My Iroc :happysad: (this is over the 7 years i've owned it, i'm sure i forgot alot)
paid $6500
first week i had it, 3 injectors went out on me..
3 stock injectors - $900 + $400 labor (mind you this was for 3 injectors from dealer)
that was just the beginning.
fuel pump - $150 + $600 labor (damn chevy dealer)
ignition - $250
orig tranny rebuilt - $680
waterpump - $80
fuel filter - $20
neutral safety switch - $40
shocks/struts - $400
alignment - $200
tires - $700
2 more injectors - $500 (local shop)
1st new tranny - $900 (oh ebay)

then i got into modding...

2nd new tranny - $700 (which is broke now)
ravin catback - $280
2200rpm torque convertor - $200
bbk throttle body - $270
bbk intake manifold - $250 (used)
SLP runners - $300
8 bosch #24's - $150 (sad compared to what i paid for stock ones)
port/polished plenum - $120
hedman ceramic coated LT hedders - $270
tranny cooler - $100
afpr - $50
4.11 gears - $250
aftermarket 3 core radiator - $250
bbk waterpump - $150
ecu - $200

that's i all can think of now, i KNOW there's more..
oh and next month i'm buying my 3rd new tranny.
th350 - $500
3000rpm convertor - $300
and i have a bunch of modding to do to the exhaust since i haven't put the hedders on yet.

i don't wanna add all this up. :no:
