Sounds like the good ol' familial endentured servant deal. You work your butt off, and get paid jack, then turn around a few years later, and your stuck because its too late to do anything else and your friends have moved on in their careers. I hope this isnt the case, but be carefull, 100x better off finishing education and getting a job where you can apply what you have learned.

Think Long and hard b4 giving a yes or a no. Even if you think something is ok make sure because sometimes your ok is not good for the company. Umm also like stated b4 Treat as you would like to be treated.. And give the best you can provide for your custumers.

 

Right I read it. What I was trying to say is that I know alot of people who have taken time off of school, encouraged by their parents to work (gain work experience) instead; albeit indirectly. They found themselves stuck and not being in the mindset to return and focus on a family business.
