i'm not saying that he didnt deserve it, or i feel sorry for him, but it was stupid of the cop to do it and he must be reprimanded. i dont know if the link had a video or not, cuz i'm too lazy to click it, but 2 cops already had the guy down and could have cuffed him with no problem. then all of a sudden this 3rd cop comes flying in, kicks him in the head, then goes down and starts beating him in the head/face w/ what looked to be a maglite or somethin like that. it was totally uncalled for on the officer's part....at least that is how i view it.

Actaully you'd be surprised on how hard it is to cuff someone with 2-3 people when the person is resisting, maybe 4-5 if not more! Crackheads are resilient heheh. But i get your point.

Anyone who thinks this beating should of occurred is a ****ing dipshit. There are good cops, yes, but most of them abuse the priviledge of being a cop and think they can do what they want. They should all pay with losing thier badge and spending some time locked up. If there are any cops reading this, "F**K YOU"

although i do understand adrenaline can get going and make you not think..
police officers should be the exception. they are trained to deal with high stress moments like this. never are they trained to repeatedly beat someone who is not resisting arrest (or even if he was resisting, you don't bash him with a flashlight). it was excessive force, and i think they should be rightfully punished, just as you or i would have been. too many cops think that because they have a badge, that they are somehow above the law. i know there are alot of good cops out there that do amazing things, and it's sad that we don't see them on the news.
